WORKSHOP – MENTAL PREPAREDNESS IN SPORTS

Why is my performance during the match so different from what I can do at trainings? What is it that negatively influences my performance and how to avoid it?

Finishing the course will help you understand:

  • and get grips with what is going on in our heads not only during competing
  • why we make silly and unprovoked mistakes
  • the settings of a winner’s thinking
  • who to achieve your personal, sports and carrier goals
  • how to control your emotions and how to use them for self-improvement.
  • the difference between sports psychology and mental couching in sports

Workshop is dedicated to sportsmen, trainers and parents of sportsmen because these groups hugely influence one another and it is important for all of them to make their co-operation work.

COURSE FOR YOUNG ATHLETES

This course is aimed at working with the mind during sport performance. Emotions, surroundings, the importance of the game and other factors that significantly affect performance have an important role here. It often happens that the “better” doesn’t win because he was betrayed by his own head.

  • Do you have emotional swings during the game?
  • Do you want to be mentally stronger and believe yourself more?

During this course we look at the various processes that take place in our minds and learn effective practices which help work the mind in our favour.

COURSE FOR PARENTS OF ATHLETES AND COACHES

Just like an athlete’s mind, the environment plays an important role too, especially parents, who of course wish for the success of their offspring, but often unwittingly sabotage their performance.

On this course you will become familiar with the potential effects of your unintentional actions and learn how to properly lead and motivate your children or students to achieve better performance, but mainly to the mutual enjoyment of the game.

  • How to avoid conflicts with children?
  • Are you not able to handle your emotions during the match of your child, or after?
  • How to give feedback after a lost match?
  • How to motivate?
  • How to ask in the right way?

Thanks to your support, children can perform better. The course is designed to improve and streamline your access to children so that you were helpers to build their sports career and aware of this cooperation as a joy.
